As the weather gets warmer, airconditioners will be getting much use. Please remember to clean your filter before using it. Run your filter under hot water and then make sure it is dry and place back into the airconditioner. This will help your airconditioner work better.
There is still a large amount of cigarette butts being thrown in front of the buildings. Please discard your cigarettes in a trash can. Also if you have pets please be sure that they are on a leash when they are outside and please clean up after your pets.
We are implementing pool passes this year. There will be a flyer delivered to let you know when you can pick them up from the office. Every leaseholder will need to have one in order to enter the pool.
